we would like to look to the future and present a
‘Schools4Tomorrow’ poster display
throughout the main foyer of each
Positive Schools 2018 event.

HOW CAN I GET MY SCHOOL INVOLVED?
If your submission is successful you will receive an email from us with details of how to enroll your staff at a discounted rate.
You will need to bring your poster to the Thursday of the event between 7.00 and 7.30am to ensure it has been placed on a display board for the duration of the event. You will have been allocated a space to display your poster
All posters will be displayed in the main conference foyer close to registrations, trade displays and refreshments
Posters can then be taken down and collected following our final special keynote address on Friday.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION IF MY POSTER IS ACCEPTED INTO THE DISPLAY?
You can register for Positive Schools with a 10% discount on the current rate (at the time of registration) if your poster is accepted for the display.
Other members of your school community can also take advantage of this discount meaning that you can achieve an overall discount of 10% for your entire school staff if your poster is accepted in the display.
NB this discount cannot be applied on top of already agreed large group discounts or in addition to other support with registration costs.
WHAT SHOULD OUR POSTER LOOK LIKE?
All posters will need to be single sided and laminated.
Posters can be A2, A1 or A0 in size.
Your poster can contain information in pictures and photos, diagrams and text. We recommend that you use at least size 16 font so that text is east to read and make sure that headings stand out.
If you are presenting photos of children and staff from your school, please make sure you have received their permission.
Please make sure that your poster contains your schools name, the names of your ‘poster creators’ and also contact details should an interested delegate want to get in touch with you.
DO I NEED TO STAY WITH MY POSTER AT THE EVENT?
You do not need to stay with your poster throughout the event but, you may want to be near it during one or more breaks to answer queries and chat to interested delegates.
